KOTA KINABALU, (Dec 8) — Parti Bersatu Sabah (PBS) has lodged a police report over ‘Project Identity Card’ (Project IC) in connection with the Royal Commission of Inquiry (RCI) on illegal immigrants in Sabah.
PBS supreme council member, Chin Teck Ming, along with Sulaman District PBS head of division Rakam Sijim, and Tandek District PBS head of information Datuk Webly Disim made the report at the Kota Kinabalu police headquarters at 9am, Monday.
Speaking to reporters later, Chin said his party felt there was credibility in the testimony of five witnesses over the existence of the ‘project’.
He said the party wanted the police to bring the perpetrators to justice.
The RCI report was announced by Chief Secretary to the Government Tan Sri Dr Ali Hamsa last Wednesday. — BERNAMA
