KUALA LUMPUR, (Sept 21) — Police on Sunday received a report claiming that the Tamil and Mathematics papers in this year’s Primary School Achievement Test (UPSR) had also been leaked.
Kuala Lumpur police chief Datuk Tajuddin Md Isa said an officer from the Malaysian Examination Syndicate (LPM) lodged a report on this at the Precinct 7 police station in, Putrajaya at 11am today.
“We will commence investigations,” he said when contacted by Bernama.
Meanwhile, Kuala Lumpur CID chief SAC Gan Kong Meng, when contacted, said the special police task force set up to investigate the leaks of the UPSR English and Science papers would investigate this latest report.
The candidates had sat for the Tamil and Mathematics papers on Sept 10.
A re-sit on Sept 30 has been ordered for the English 014/1 and 014/2 and Science 018, 028 and 038 papers after it was found they had been leaked. — BERNAMA
